After spending almost ten years in Charlotte, Josh decided it was time to return to North Georgia as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at Winder-Barrow HS in North Central Georgia in June of 2018. In January of 2019, Josh decided to shift operations of McClure Sports down to Georgia as well. Since returning to Georgia, Josh has helped two teams and one individual win a GHSA State Championship. Brianna Bailey, 2021 Pole Vaulter at Winder-Barrow HS won the 2019 GHSA 6A State Pole Vault Championship with a school-record 12-foot jump. Walton HS Women's Volleyball won the 2018 & 2019 GHSA 7A State Volleyball Championship, their fourth in a row. Josh has purchased one SHREDmilll Sled for Winder-Barrow High School to improve their speed training program, in addition to purchasing two SHREDmills, one sled and one Pro for McClure Sports in Flowery Branch, Georgia. The location in Flowery Branch is Georgia's home to SHREDmill Speed training. Prior to creating McClure Sports, Josh spent 3 years with SpeedTracs in Atlanta where he rose through the speed trainer ranks to ultimately fill the role of Director of Speed Training and head the training department he created and staffed.  Josh’s years of service with SpeedTracs allowed him the opportunity to develop the SpeedStation team Speed training program utilized today to prepare large groups of athletes in a group setting using the best training methodology available, anywhere.

Josh has worked with Tony Villani since June 2008 and is forever grateful for his support, knowledge and passion for Speed training improvement and evolution. Josh has over fifteen years of experience in sports performance training; seven years on Chuck Amato’s staff at NC State University where he worked with four 1st Round NFL Draft Picks. During Josh’s time learning under Tony, he has been privileged to see XPE Sports produce 33, 1st Round NFL Draft Picks since 2006. Since beginning McClure Sports, Josh has been privileged to train one MLB 1st Round Draft Pick, Brennan Malone, #34 in 2019 draft.

Josh has a seven year old daughter Hadley, a Cat named Cinnamon and a Pit/Lab mix puppy Deuce. Josh enjoys spending time with his daughter swimming, traveling and having fun.
